1. GENERAL RESERVATION TERMS

1.1. These general contract terms regulate the conditions of accommodation at Nerudova 211 through the website www.nerudova211.com. The accommodation under the name Nerudova 211 is operated by the company Saleh&Holinka s.r.o., registered under the identification number 07364083 (the company is listed in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file reference C 299840/MSPH).

1.2. By visiting and browsing our website, using it, and making a reservation, you confirm that you have read the contractual terms provided below, understood them, and agree to them.

1.3. Saleh&Holinka s.r.o. is registered at the address Lannova 8, Prague 1, 110 00. All correspondence should be sent to the address of the Nerudova 211 accommodation, Nerudova 211/14, Prague 1, 118 00.

1.4. By making a reservation through the website of the Nerudova 211 accommodation, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with Saleh&Holinka s.r.o., and therefore, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have the legal authority to use the website www.nerudova211.com, that you accept responsibility for all payments made in your name or by credit card, and confirm that the information provided by you is true and correct.

1.5. All your orders will be considered as your intention to purchase the requested accommodation and other services offered. Saleh&Holinka s.r.o. will not be contractually bound to provide the services you have ordered at the offered prices until your reservation is reconfirmed, and Nerudova 211 has received full payment for the ordered services or credit card for the purposes of accommodation guarantee.

2. TYPES OF RESERVATIONS

2.1. Through the website www.nerudova211.com, you can make a standard reservation with the option of free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. If the reservation is canceled after this period, the guest is not entitled to a refund.

2.2. Standard reservations with cancellation options can be changed or canceled according to the applicable cancellation conditions, depending on the chosen date.

3. PRICES

3.1. On our website, we always state the average price per room/night and the total price for the stay. The reservation form includes the price in EUR when creating a reservation. The price includes a 10% VAT and a city tax of 50 CZK per adult.

3.2. Exchange rates are set daily based on bank rates. Information about the exchange rate and the total price in CZK, which was charged to your credit/debit card, is always included in the invoice attached to the confirmation email.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The payment method depends on the type of reservation, and the payment terms are always stated in the reservation form. When making an online payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

5. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

5.1. By making a reservation, you accept the applicable cancellation conditions in case of no-show or late cancellation of the reservation.

5.2. All cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made in writing by email to info@nerudova211.com, or you can modify it through the reservation confirmation link (hyperlinked reservation number) or by phone at +420 601 211 000. Your cancellation or reservation change will be confirmed in writing. This confirmation will also include the possible amount of the contractual penalty according to the applicable cancellation conditions.

5.3. For standard reservations with the option of free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival, in case of cancellation no later than 3 days before arrival by 3:00 pm, no contractual penalty will be charged. In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of a no-show, a contractual penalty of 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

6. COMPLAINTS AND COMPENSATION

6.1. If it is not possible to solve the problem immediately on-site, please send your complaint to the email address info@nerudova211.com no later than 14 days from the date of your stay. Your complaint will be investigated, and any compensation will be proposed based on relevant legal regulations.

6.2. If you have a complaint regarding the quality of accommodation or reservations about the services provided, please try to resolve everything on-site with the staff immediately and allow them to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

7. CHANGES TO THESE CONDITIONS

Saleh&Holinka s.r.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to regularly check the wording of these terms and conditions before each reservation and familiarize yourself with any changes.

1. VŠEOBECNÉ PODMÍNKY REZERVACE

1.1. Tyto všeobecné smluvní podmínky upravují podmínky ubytování Nerudova 211 přes webové stránky www.nerudova211.com Ubytování pod názvem Nerudova 211 provozuje společnost Saleh&Holinka s.ro. registrována pod identifikačním číslem 07364083 (společnost je zapsána do obchodního rejstříku vedeného u Městského soudu v Praze, spisovná značka C 299840/MSPH).

1.2. Navštívením a prohlížením naší webové stránky, jejím použitím a provedením rezervace potvrzujete, že jste si přečetl/a níže uvedené smluvní podmínky, a že jste jim porozuměl/a a souhlasíte s nimi.

1.3. Společnost Saleh&Holinka s.r.o. je registrována na adrese Lannova 8, Praha 1, 110 00. Veškerá korespondence by měla být zasílána na adresu ubytování Nerudova 211, Nerudova 211/14, Praha 1, 118 00.

1.4. Rezervací přes webové stránky ubytování Nerudova 211 vstupujete do přímého (právně závazného) smluvního vztahu se Saleh&Holinka s.r.o., a proto prohlašujete, že je Vám 18 let a více, že máte právní oprávnění použít webové stránky www.nerudova211.com, že akceptujete zodpovědnost za všechny platby, které byly udělány Vaším jménem nebo kreditní kartou a potvrzujte, že Vámi uvedené informace jsou pravdivé a správné.

1.5. Veškeré Vaše objednávky budou považovány za Vaši vůli zakoupit požadované ubytování a další služby, které jsou v nabídce. Saleh&Holinka s.r.o. s Vámi nebude smluvně vázána zajistit Vámi objednané služby za nabízené ceny do té doby, než je Vaše rezervace přepotvrzena a ubytování Nerudova 211 obdrží platbu v plné výši za objednané služby či kreditní kartu pro potřeby garance ubytování.


2. TYPY REZERVACÍ

2.1. Prostřednictvím webových stránek www.nerudova211.com je možné si vytvořit standardní rezervaci s možností zrušení rezervace zdarma 72 hodin před příjezdem. Pokud je rezervace zrušena po uplynutí této doby, host nemá nárok na vrácení peněz.

2.2. Standardní rezervaci s možností storna lze měnit či stornovat dle platných storno podmínek v závislosti na zvoleném termínu.

3. CENY

3.1. Na našich webových stránkách vždy uvádíme průměrnou cenu za pokoj/noc a celkovou cenu za pobyt. V rezervačním formuláři při tvorbě rezervace je uvedena i cena v EUR. Cena zahrnuje DPH ve výši 10% a městský poplatek 50 Kč/dospělá osoba.

3.2. Směnné kurzy jsou denně stanoveny a vycházejí z kurzů banky. Informace o kurzu a celkové ceně v Kč, která byla stržena z vaší kreditní/debetní karty, je vždy uvedena na faktuře, kterou obdržíte v příloze potvrzujícího emailu.

4. PLATEBNÍ PODMÍNKY

4.1. Způsob platby závisí na volbě typu rezervace a platební podmínky jsou vždy uvedeny v rezervačním formuláři. Při platbě online jste přesměrování na zabezpečenou platební bránu.

5. . ZMĚNA NEBO STORNO REZERVACE

5.1. Provedením rezervace akceptujete příslušné storno podmínky v případě nedojezdu či při pozdním stornu rezervace.

5.2. Veškerá storna nebo změny rezervace musí být udělány písemně emailem na info@nerudova211.com, nebo upravit přes odkaz z potvrzení rezervace (hyperaktivní odkaz číslo rezervace) nebo telefonicky na +420 601 211 000. Vaše storno nebo změna rezervace Vám bude zpět písemně přepotvrzena. Na tomto potvrzení bude též uvedena případná výše smluvní pokuty, dle platných storno podmínek.


5.3. Pro standardní rezervace s možností bezplatného storna 72 hodin před příjezdem platí, že v případě zrušení rezervace nejpozději do 15.00 hod 3 dny před příjezdem Vám nebude účtována žádná smluvní pokuta. V případě zrušení rezervace po této lhůtě či v případě nedojezdu Vám bude účtována smluvní pokuta ve výši 100% celkové ceny rezervace. 


6. STÍŽNOSTI A KOMPENZACE

6.1. Pokud není možné problém vyřešit ihned na místě, zašlete nám svou stížnost na emailovou adresu info@nerudova211.com nejpozději do 14 dnů od data vašeho pobytu. Vaše stížnost bude vyšetřena a případná kompenzace bude navržena na základě příslušných právních předpisů.

6.2. Máte-li stížnost ohledně kvality ubytování nebo výhrady k poskytovaným službám, pokuste se okamžitě vyřešit vše na místě se zaměstnanci a dovolte jim co nejrychleji situaci napravit.

7. ZMĚNY TĚCHTO PODMÍNEK

Společnost Saleh&Holinka s.r.o. si vyhrazuje právo změnit tyto obchodní podmínky. Je vaší povinností pravidelně kontrolovat znění těchto obchodních podmínek před každou rezervací a obeznámit se s jejich případnými změnami.
